MMC PRO is the easiest and most effective treatment for Mould and Algae on all hard surfaces.

MMC PRO is a High Performance and dynamic broad-spectrum anti-bacterial algaecide, disinfectant and detergent which is pH-neutral and non-corrosive, readily biodegradable, and does not contain bleach or acids. It is not physically capable of damaging or staining any hard surface.

MMC PRO targets green / black mould and algae on all exterior hard surfaces including Brickwork, Masonry, Roofing, Driveways, Asphalt, Paving, Tarmac, Fencing, Car Parks, Monuments, Headstones, Slate and Stone, Concrete, Fiberglass, Plastic and Metal Surfaces, Tennis Courts, Gravel, Rendering, Pavements, Playgrounds, Glass, Paintwork, Decking and Garden Furniture.

MMC PRO will kill mould and other growths typically within 2-4 days and the secondary action will help gently clean the treated surface in the following weeks and months. Any dead growth that has not been removed by the elements can be lightly brushed away. The product residues typically prevent algal re-growth for 8-9 months on south-facing exposed surfaces, but less where surfaces are permanently shaded or damp. MMC-PRO is suitable as a pre-paint treatment, and suitable for use prior to or following the application of surface sealants.​

100% NON-ABRASIVE: MMC PRO should be applied at low pressure and allowed to soak into the treated surface. There is no need for high pressure washing or steam cleaning.

EASY AND QUICK APPLICATION: Apply when surfaces are dry and when no rain is expected within the following 3-4 hours. Simply dilute 1:4 Minimum and 1:9 maximum. Use a low pressure sprayer and ensure that you saturate the surface completely. No scrubbing, no mess, it takes minutes.

MULTISURFACE: MMC PRO is suitable for all outdoor hard surfaces even delicate surfaces like render, plaster, mortar and glass.

LONG-LASTING EFFECT: Small and diminishing residues will protect against re-growth. Typically this protection will be for 6-9 months after the first application and 8-12 months after subsequent applications.

COVERAGE: For normal use at 1:4 dilution rate giving 25 useable litres which will treat 75-100 square metres of rough surface or 175+ of smooth surface.

For light growth use at 1:9 dilution rate which will produce 50 useable  litres which will treat 150-200 square metres of rough surface or 350+ square metres of smooth surface.

MMC-PRO is classified as a hard-surface biocide and is approved for use in the UK (HSE 7824) and Ireland (PCS 93764) for use by professional operators – that is people who regularly use herbicides/biocides/chemicals in their routine job (certification is not required).
