Our topsoil undergoes a rigorous screening process whereby the soil passes through a mesh sieve which removes large stones and other unwanted material.

We can provide the appropriate mix for whatever project you’re undertaking.

Our topsoil comes in MAXI bags which hold approximately a tonne.

A tonne of topsoil (1000kg) will cover around 12-15 square metres at a depth of about 5cm.

How much topsoil do I need?

If measuring in feet then:

Length in feet x width in feet x depth in feet, divide again by 27 = the number of Maxi-bags of topsoil required for your project.

If measuring in Metres then:

Length in metres x width in metres x depth in metres and then divide by 0.72  = the number of Maxi-bags of topsoil required for your project.
