Cancellations and returns:
If you are not satisfied with your (non-perishable) purchase, you may return it to Landscape Depot, in its original packaging, for a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
If your (non-perishable) purchase is faulty, you may return it for a full refund, including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 6 months of purchase.
Turf and plants are perishable products and should be laid or planted on the day of delivery or collection, please immediately inspect the turf or plant(s) and if you are not entirely satisfied inform the company within 12 hours of collection/delivery. We cannot accept any liability for defects that occur after that time, nor can we accept liability for turf or plants that are installed or planted in poorly prepared ground, in drought or frost conditions. Responsibility for care and maintenance including watering passes to the purchasers on collection or delivery

- Please include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact number and receipt.
- If your purchase is faulty, you may return it or a full refund, including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 6 months of purchase. All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as ‘faulty’.
- If you are not satisfied with a substitute supplied for any reason, you may return it, in its original packaging, for a full credit refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us by email regarding this and quote your order number
