Silver binding granite grit is used under gravel driveways and paths to create a suitable compacted surface.  It may also be used on its own, compacted  to create pathways where a rustic and permeable surface is desired.

It should be used on top of Hardcore  / 804 that when compacted provides an excellent base layer for pathways and driveways especially where grey coloured decorative stones are the intended finish.

It is supplied in Maxi bags and one bag will cover approx. 12-15 sq metres at an uncompacted depth of 40-50mm
